Plant Warranty
All trees, shrubs, and evergreens (zoned 2,3, or 4) and purchased at Brandt's Family Tree Nursery & Garden Center at the regular price are guaranteed to grow for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not include any costs associated with transportation or installation if applicable.
Should a plant fail to grow, we will issue a credit for the full price paid up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. The credit must be used toward another of the same item originally purchased; however, if the item is no longer available, the credit may be applied to any tree, shrub or evergreen of the customer's choice. Case refunds are not made on nursery stock. Only one (1) replacement for each plant will be made.
Annuals, roses, perennials, hibiscus, butterfly bushes, magnolia trees or an plant rated zone 5 or higher are excluded from the guarantee.
The original sale receipt and dead plant must be presented for adjustment. Adjustments cannot be made on living stock; that is if it has buds or leaves, or is green below the surface bark.
Nursery stock, as every other living thing, requires proper care. The responsiblity is assumed by the purchaser and involves proper watering, cultivating, fertilizing, insect and disease control. The guarantee shall be void if the plant is damaged by man, animal or acts of God, installed in an above ground planter, shows evidence of gross neglect or abuse, or is still alive as described above.
By regulation of Wisconsin State Nursery Law, exchanges or returns are prohibited.
We anticipate that you will have little difficulty with our stock and invite any questions you may have on maintaining your plants in top condition.

Although planting is possible in spring, summer and fall, we do recommend shopping early for best selection… Many of our specimen plants and New for 2011! varieties have limited availability – They cannot be reordered.
As always, you can purchase your plant(s) and we will be happy to take care of them for you, up to 14 days, at no additional charge.
